about

Great piece of meandering e-bow/oscillator-drone by Berlin-raised and Moscow-born sound artist Artem Bezukladnikov (Urthsla, Heart Museum, Hiroshima Bird Market et al.). The title of these recordings refers explicitly to its heritage: 60s minimalism and tonal experiments. Therefore all of its beauty lies in its length – its constant minuscule yet dream-like shifts in overtones and pitches which reveal theirselves only after minutes of listening.

E-bowed guitars, oscillators, mixing - Artem Bezukladnikov.

Recorded in Berlin, July 2011 - March 2012. Self-released CDr in 2012.

Released by Midnight Circles as a limited CDr-Edition.
